REFUNDS, when we do them, and
when we don't.
You don't need a receipt because
we know what you bought. All you need is the order number and follow the
instructions below that best describes your situation. All refunds are in
United States Dollars, just like the price's of all our products. You paid in
U.S. Dollars, you get a refund in U.S. Dollars.
This applies to all refunds. You have 35 calendar days (West
Coast United States) from the day the item is shipped to notify us of ANY problems, not
61, not 73, ONLY 35 days. And yes, we count the day we ship as 1. This means, you need to
email us and let us know there is a problem. Come day 36,
we don't want to hear your complaining. You had your chance, too bad, get on
with life.
We will email you the day we ship. We try our best
to ship the same day, but it can take up to 2 days to package your order.
We do ask that you wait at least
10 days from the time we ship to start hounding us for the product. The mail can be slow
depending on the time of year.
Shipping is NEVER refunded.
The nitty gritty of refunds. (notice the font got smaller)
1. If you receive
the item you ordered, don't want it and it is not damaged, just send it back and we
will refund the total purchase price including any taxes
you might have paid.
2. If you receive
the item you ordered and it is damaged, you can either take a picture of
it showing the damage and email it to us, or just send it back and we will refund
the total purchase price including any taxes you might
have paid. If we can't verify the damage using your photo, we will
require you to send it back.
3. If you did not
receive the item you ordered and YOU DID NOT PAY FOR
INSURANCE, too bad, thanks for shopping. You will NOT get
a REFUND.
4. If you did not
receive the item you ordered and YOU DID PAY FOR
INSURANCE, we will be glad to assist
you in processing your claim.
5. NO
REFUND if any of the following has
occurred. (This list is not inclusive, meaning, it
doesn't cover all the
reasons)
a. Your girl friends
implants stretched out got in the way and it broke in front of your eyes (not the
implants, the product).
b. You drank out of
it.
c. It was under the
thing you were cutting and didn't notice until it
was too late.
d. You used it for 35 days and
then got in trouble so had to get rid of it.
e. Your boss has one
and you don't want the same thing.
f. You thought the
thing was a real size car that fits a family of four. IT'S
NOT!!!
g. The controls are on the wrong side
of the controller (turn it around, you're holding it
upside down)
h. The race car is broken, I never win.
i. I didn't think when
I ordered it people would laugh at
me.
j. It looks
bigger
on the web site.
k. My girl friend or wife
or both is making me get rid it.
l. You opened it, lost some parts and now want to blame the company for
packaging it without the correct amount of parts.
m. ANY other lame excuse for having buyers remorse.
6. If you are authorized a
refund and would like another product of equal or
lesser value instead, we will be happy to send
it to you and then refund the balance of any money due you. Refunds are made the same day we verify the damage.
Because we use Paypal for our refunds, you should receive the refund that same day, however, It can take a few days for your bank to credit your account.
7. No refund will happen until we get the item
back unless other arrangements have been made. I think that is pretty clear.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is a flat $8.45. handling is a flat $1.95
for any size order shipped within the United States (if you
have a Senator that has been elected to represent your area
in the United States Senate, then you are a state).
We ship via USPS. We pick the shipping method.
We try to ship
the quickest method possible.
We do not insure any
order, If you want
insurance, you will have to pay for it.
International Orders
For International shipping, we use the
United States Postal Service. The shipping charge is $27.95.
There is no minimum for International orders.

any product purchased from us, don't come crying to us when
the thing breaks, you get hurt, you hurt someone else or any
thing else that might have happened. Be an adult, practice good,
sound and proper safety procedures when using our products

order. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the

technical inaccuracies or typographical errors (we get most
of the photos from the manufacture including the technical

LLC. makes no representations about the accuracy of the
information and graphics presented on this site. If an error is made and a product is listed at an
incorrect price, Blitzhobbies/KYLO LLC. shall maintain the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect
price. If an inaccurate order has been confirmed and charged to your
credit card, Blitzhobbies/KYLO LLC. shall immediately notify
the buyer. If a refund is due the buyer, we will
automatically issue one. If the buyer owes money, we will
immediately notify the buyer, at which time the buyer is
under no obligation to continue with the purchase. Please allow up
to 3 days to process the credit to your credit card account.
